The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You must be 18 or over to purchase any alcohol from this site. We will validate name, address and other information that is supplied by you when you order from Moor and Tide Limited. This check is to ensure that your credit card is not being used without your consent and that you are the cardholder. By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to these checks being made. These checks have to be made because you are purchasing alcohol. All information which is provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
We do not sell any personal information to other companies or third parties. Wherever your personal information maybe held by moor and tide ltd or on its behalf we aim to take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the personal information that you provide us with from unauthorised access or disclosure.
Delivery UK Mainland
All deliveries of alcohol must be taken by a person aged 18 or over. Any person that buys alcohol from this site must take full responsibility and ensure that the person receiving the delivery is 18 years or over.
All deliveries are made by royal mail from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) We require a telephone number for the receipt of goods. We do not accept return of goods after the customer signing for the delivery except if goods are faulty or damaged which has occurred before delivery.
We will provide a replacement of goods which will be delivered free of charge, or alternatively a full refund for faulty or damaged goods. The broken goods are to be returned within a further seven days from notification. The cost of returning the goods will be paid by the customer.
Any breakages must be notified within three working days. Any agreed refunds will be processed within 30 days from agreement.
Moor and Tide Limited will not be liable to any financial claims due to online 3rd party problems arising through internet functionality or from 3rd party merchant payment systems. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Where specific courier instructions are provided, e.g. leave in porch, round the back, etc, you are entirely responsible for goods being received where our couriers have a POD (proof of delivery and/or inform us that the goods were left as instructed. The customer must ensure that any specific courier instructions given are correct, that the information provided insures safe and accurate delivery. Any goods that go missing after the delivery is made will not be refunded.
Every effort is taken to ensure that the content of this website is accurate and often updated.
